Circle of Life Home Care Anishinaabe in Gallup, NM is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local office and ensure the delivery of high-quality home care services. This full-time role involves coordinating daily operations, payroll, and care plans to help clients stay independent at home.

The position collaborates with corporate leadership to meet revenue goals and build strong ties with local healthcare partners, case managers, and physicians to support the community's needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applicants should have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• This position also requires applicants to be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gallup office. This can include processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring our clients are receiving the exceptional health care services they deserve.
• Work alongside Corporate Leadership to ensure financial benchmarks and revenue goals are being met.
• Building meaningful relationships with those in the healthcare community. You'll be working with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help those in the community maintain their independence and stay in their homes.
