Senior Helpers seeks a driven Branch Manager to lead the Albuquerque home care branch, overseeing operations, staff, and growth initiatives. You will build a high-performing team, ensure exceptional client service, and develop referral relationships to drive revenue and billable hours.

Qualifications

• Leadership and operational responsibilities across branch functions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in operations, management, home care, or related healthcare businesses preferred.
• Previous leadership with a track record of driving performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Results-oriented with personal accountability.
• Identify issues proactively and drive resolution.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Develop partnerships and gain commitment from employees, referral partners, clients, and community organizations.

• Ability to work independently while communicating with ownership.
• Experience in home care or multi-location service businesses valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead office staff and caregivers.
• Maintain accountability across scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, client care, sales, and admin.
• Identify operational problems and drive to resolution.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure tasks are assigned and followed through.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Collaborate with ownership on priorities and growth initiatives.
• Develop referral relationships and expand client base.
• Track growth metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Ensure strong client experience and retention.
• Support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain caregiver capacity to meet demand.
• Monitor caregiver onboarding and retention.
• Promote a culture of responsiveness and quality care.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the team to high performance.
• Prepare for and drive continuous improvement across operations.
