Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager for our Hazen, AR location. You will develop and execute the branch business plan, manage the operating budget, and oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years of agri-business and sales experience, plus 2+ years of management; a certificate in Agriculture is preferred. You will lead hiring, performance management, inventory control, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business and/or other sales experience.
• 2+ years of previous management experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all aspects and daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review and analyze progress towards sales forecasts and operational objectives; initiate action as needed.
• Define level of service in line with sales volumes and profit margins.
• HR management within the Branch including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and discharge.
