Nutrien Ag Solutions is hiring a Branch Manager to lead daily operations in Arkansas, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will develop the branch plan, oversee budgeting, and drive sales while managing a team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in agri-business or sales and 2+ years of management, plus a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with Nutrien Ag Solutions’ branch network.

Competenze

• 5+ years of agri-business and/or sales experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all aspects of daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review progress toward sales forecasts and objectives and take action as needed.
• Define service levels aligned with sales volumes and margins.
• Manage HR functions within the Branch (hiring, coaching, performance).
• Oversee terms of collective agreement where applicable.
• Maintain sales and inventory records and requisition supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain facilities.
• Conduct retail audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support customer and supplier relationships to promote Nutrien products.
• Handle invoicing and accounts receivable per company policy.
• Develop and implement a collection process as required.
