Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or sales
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Applicant should have experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers in the current market

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget, including targets
• Direct daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability
• Review progress towards sales forecasts and goals; take action as needed
• Define service level to match sales volume and margins
• Provide staff development and training of Branch employees
• Maintain sales and inventory records and requisition supplies
• Oversee physical resources, maintenance, safety standards, and compliance
• Conduct retail audits and ensure inventory quality to meet commitments
• Analyze capital requirements and advise on budget needs
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and leadership to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions products
