Job summary

Pando Insurance Agency LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking an Agency Account Executive who will serve as the primary client contact and hands-on execution partner across Agency and PEO lines. You will manage a book of business, prepare benefit materials, assist with open enrollment, coordinate with carrier partners, and help drive growth with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have active Health and Life Insurance License or obtain one shortly after hire.
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance, a PEO, or a related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with quoting tools, carrier portals, and benefits administration systems is preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating across payroll, benefits, implementation, and client experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for an assigned book of business while building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Handle client service requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Prepare benefit quotes, summaries, and presentation materials.
• Present benefit options and recommendations to clients.
• Assist in planning and conducting open enrollment meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Manage quoting for both Agency and PEO lines of business.
• Support GA partnerships and carrier relationships.
• Execute and continuously improve agency processes, workflows, and operational tools.
• Participate in strategic discussions as the agency grows.
