Employee Benefits Account Manager / Account Executive: A growing boutique insurance agency is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits professional to join its collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to support large employer groups, work closely with clients, and partner with colleagues across multiple office locations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support employee benefits accounts
• Serve as a resource for claim advocacy, billing inquiries, and coverage-related issues
• Assist with RFPs, renewals, and proposal development
• Partner with clients and carriers to resolve service-related matters
• Utilize benefits administration systems and technology platforms
• Analyze data and reporting using Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
