Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers and lead in-store operations at our Wilmington, DE location. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and driving growth while delivering strong customer service.

You will develop leadership skills through hands-on experience, coaching, and cross-brand opportunities within our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
