Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and policy compliance.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, and cash handling.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training support.
• Help maintain appropriate staffing levels and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and enforce loss prevention standards.
• Ensure merchandising, operational, and visual standards are consistently executed.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations and business needs.
