Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dallas to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with staffing and development. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure great customer experience, and uphold store standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and hands-on leadership, with the ability to work nights and weekends and to recruit, onboard, and coach store associates for performance and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3-5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and policy compliance.
• Supervise and coach store associates in sales, cash handling, and service.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of store staff.
