Speedy Cash in Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services while gaining hands-on leadership experience in-store.

You will manage daily operations, coach Customer Service Representatives, and help ensure compliance, risk controls, and strong store performance. This role offers growth potential, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside the office when applicable (store visits, errands).
• Maintain security and opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; conduct store audits and reports.
