Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and related products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform on-site store tasks such as vehicle appraisals and marketing activities.
• Meet performance standards through partnerships, referrals, and in-store events.
• Maintain security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
