EZCORP is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead a team of 5-15 associates at an EZPAWN/Value Pawn location. You will drive revenue, oversee pawn and sales transactions, and coach staff to deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in management or customer service, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Background checks and a drug test are required; bilingual candidates are a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in management, supervisory, and/or customer service.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with coaching skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Team Members to maximize store performance.
• Assist customers in pawn and sales transactions and negotiate terms.
• Analyze reports on key metrics and recommend actions to improve results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and team performance.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training per company guidelines.
• Support with team engagement and turnover management; conduct 1:1 meetings.
