Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and directions to Team Members to maximize store performance.
• Join the team in negotiating pawn and sales transactions with customers.
• Drive revenue and control costs to meet margins; analyze reports and take action.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training per company guidelines.
• Ensure engagement and turnover align with company expectations.
• Conduct 1:1s, daily management, and performance feedback.
