Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure consistent, friendly service and top-quality food while driving sales and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule, ServeSafe certification, and a commitment to Border Foods' core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
