Job summary

Taco Bell in Spring, Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching your team, and recognizing performance to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You will model MIC Success routines, oversee shift excellence, ensure food safety, and assist in hiring while driving equity and belonging.

You’ll also help with Profit & Loss, inventory, and labor management, reviewing reports to optimize restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to train, coach, and recognize team performance.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and discipline.
• Champion brand culture, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Adhere to corporate policies and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core Excellence; lead operations in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with GM to assess performance and provide feedback; resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; promote inclusion and belonging.
• Support P&L management, cash controls, inventory, labor, and review financial reports to optimize performance.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
