Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and driving account performance. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while promoting rental growth and maintaining store standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Full-time, on-site work with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
