Job summary

fonio is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to own an existing customer portfolio and drive expansion revenue across the lifecycle of our AI phone assistant for SMBs. You will manage ongoing relationships, identify new use cases, and ensure customers achieve measurable value.

You will conduct discovery and upsell conversations, analyze usage, and onboard customers while collaborating with Product, Marketing and CS to maintain a healthy pipeline and reliable forecasts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success (startup/scale-up a plus)
• Experience in upselling, renewals, or expansion revenue across existing customers
• Strong product and technology understanding; you're highly AI-savvy
• Structured working style, ownership mindset, and customer focus
• Native-level English, confident in calls, reviews & demos

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for your existing-customer portfolio across the lifecycle
• Regularly run review, discovery, and upsell conversations with customers
• Analyse usage and demonstrate how our AI can automate further processes and deliver impact
• Own expansion revenue within your portfolio—upgrades, add-ons, renewals
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure forecasts and pipeline accuracy
