Robinhood is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for a 12-week program anchored in our Money and Growth organization in Washington, DC. You will work closely with product, engineering, risk, and operations on real-world priorities and own analytics from day one.

This role emphasizes hands-on analysis, SQL modeling, and developing dashboards to drive growth. Top performers may be offered a rotation into our extended program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and quantitative modeling techniques.
• Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2028.

Responsibilities

• Work with Money and Growth teams on live priorities with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and drivers to identify growth opportunities.
• Tackle complex problems in product strategy, pricing, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, and finance to execute initiatives.
• Build models, dashboards, and presentations to inform decisions.
