• Strong knowledge of Credit Union operations and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic growth initiatives: mergers & acquisitions, branch construction, market expansion, IT deployments.
• Leads due diligence coordination, integration planning, and multi-domain workstreams.
• Manages branch build projects, coordination with Facilities and external partners.
• Supervises Expansion Services staff, assigns workloads, recruits and trains.
• Tracks resource allocation and inter-department dependencies; escalates conflicts.
• Monitors progress against goals, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.
