The role includes building member relationships, ensuring compliance, and developing staff through coaching and performance reviews.

The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, a 2-year degree or equivalent certifications, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related branch/financial services experience.
• Education options include a two-year college degree, certification/licensing, vendor training or apprenticeship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of one or more branches and ensure growth and profitability.
• Expand member relationships and achieve sales and service goals.
• Lead, coach and evaluate branch staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and security procedures.
