Job summary

Clipboard seeks a Growth Event Coordinator to own the conference program from registration to post-event follow-up. You will coordinate with conference organizers, the sales team, Sales Ops and finance to ensure a flawless presence at events across the country.

You will drive attendee data capture, provide reps with clear agendas, and help turn events into measurable pipeline and revenue. Remote-friendly and fast-paced, with growth into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coordination with organizers, vendors and reps.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus; willingness to use AI tools to automate repetitive parts.
• Proactive, collaborative team player eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior experience in event operations, sales operations, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for conference program, from registration to booth setup and travel.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between conference organizers, sales team and internal partners.
• Prepare reps with clear agendas, briefings and attendee insights.
• Partner with Sales Ops to manage attendee data and ensure accurate capture in systems.
• Track outcomes and costs and build a scalable playbook for growth.
