Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking a VP of Growth for a global B2B event services organization. The role leads commercial strategy and growth across the portfolio, acting as the face of the business to customers, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading a commercial business, event, portfolio or related B2B organization.
Track record of growing revenue, profitability, markets or segments.
Experience developing growth strategies in the U.S. market.
Strong relationship-building with executives, customers, partners.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Americas growth strategy for the portfolio.
Identify opportunities to expand into adjacent markets, sectors, and customer segments.
Strengthen the value proposition for attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
Identify opportunities for new products, events, partnerships, and other revenue streams.
Work closely with Sales to understand market feedback, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for expansion.
