Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years in related field with preference for investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting or related experience.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills are required.
• Undergraduate degree with GPA of 3.5+; accounting or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluating investment opportunities
• Reviewing business plans and performing due diligence with respect to potential investments
• Maintaining the deal log
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Research related to investments, including in-depth research of the prospect’s business, industry and competition
• Preparing investment memoranda and financial exhibits; preparing presentation materials and other supplemental information
• Monitoring the performance of portfolio companies; assisting portfolio companies in a variety of transactions, including follow-on equity and debt financings and acquisitions; and preparing and packaging materials for portfolio companies to potential acquirers
• Assist in sourcing potential new investment opportunities, including attending conferences, building a network of young professionals, etc.
