Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity/private credit or transaction advisory services
• Significant knowledge of, and experience working with, financial statements
• Proficient in financial modeling (Excel) and presentation skills (PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of all aspects of due diligence and financing, including consultations with outside advisors, meetings with management, and discussions with financing sources and intermediaries
• Conducting industry analysis for a potential investment
• Building complex financial models and performing other quantitative analyses
• Assisting in follow-on acquisitions and ultimately sale processes
• Portfolio management including board meeting attendance, senior management recruitment, monthly financial performance review, annual budget review, and equity and other organizational legal documentation
