Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Private Equity Associate to join our team of investment professionals. As a key member of our investment group, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investment opportunities across a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior members of the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and due diligence to assess the attractiveness of target companies.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze investment returns, cash flows, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and preparing investment memorandums for investment committee presentations.
  • Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive growth and operational improvements.
  • Support the exit process by preparing divestiture strategies, coordinating with advisors, and participating in negotiations.
  • Cultivate relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and industry professionals to source potential investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of investment processes, internal reporting, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (Excel, Bloomberg, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for crafting investment memos and presenting findings.
