Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with fluency in financial statements.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate diligence, research synthesis, document review, and drafting.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, accounting, and M&A finance fundamentals.
• Proficiency in building complex financial models with a concentration on leveraged buyout transactions.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the investment process, including new deal sourcing, execution of new investment transactions and add-ons, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies
• Conduct thematic research on attractive healthcare sub-sectors that present compelling investment opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities including reviewing and evaluating new platform portfolio companies and add-ons, managing due diligence, structuring financing, and working with senior-level executives
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction execution and assist in the preparation of investment committee presentations and other materials
• Participate in the oversight and support of portfolio companies including monitoring and analyzing the performance and providing strategic and operational support as needed
• Represent the firm by developing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, bankers, third-party advisors, and other stakeholders
