You’ll translate data into actionable insights and work with product managers, designers, engineers, and executives to solve business challenges for brands worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Product Growth strategies for digital products.
• Proficient with behavioral analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4.
• Understands customer journeys, product metrics, and experimentation across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating recommendations to clients, and solving complex product challenges.
• Thrives in a remote, consulting environment managing multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Product Growth strategies that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value across digital products.
• Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify growth opportunities, prioritize experiments, and make data-informed recommendations.
• Lead experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and client stakeholders to align growth initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
• Present strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable product outcomes.
