The position requires collaborating across engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and executive leadership to drive growth in existing and new markets. Fully remote within the United States with regional travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Product Management or related leadership role.
• Experience using market research and competitive analysis to shape strategy.
• Strong business acumen and ability to justify new products financially.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for an assigned portfolio.
• Evaluate market trends, competition, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with commercial teams and customers to define future product requirements.
• Build business cases to support new product investments and portfolio expansion.
• Serve as the commercial voice in product development, collaborating with engineering, operations, and marketing.
• Prioritize projects based on market demand, value, and financial return.
• Manage lifecycle from introduction to retirement.
• Analyze portfolio performance, pricing, market share, and adoption to refine strategy.
• Support launches with cross-functional positioning, messaging, and commercialization plans.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
