Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and additional paid media platforms.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement tools.
• Proficiency in frontier AI tools and models, with the ability to work as a full-stack engineer.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other channels.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid management, and creative iteration.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROI and hit KPI targets.
• Develop and implement audience targeting strategies based on customer data and behavioral insights.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and channel attribution.
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams to ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy.
