Read AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale paid growth with an emphasis on Meta and Google ads. You will partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

The role is hands-on with potential to grow into leadership. You will report to the VP of Marketing and help build an in-house UA function while expanding acquisition channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running and scaling paid acquisition to tens of millions of dollars in ad spend.
• Strong experience across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (SEM, YouTube).
• Ability to build in-house UA function and optimize attribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid acquisition across channels (Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, Reddit).
• Drive creative strategy and lead high-volume testing of ad creatives.
• Develop attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
