This senior IC role comes with a real budget for paid media and tools, and authority to shape growth strategy across lifecycle, GTM tools, and website optimization. You’ll drive analytics and measurement, own paid media budgets, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product to align funnel metrics with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or growth engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and design teams.
• Experience building scalable lifecycle and growth loops.
• Proven ability to design and measure experiments with data.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle growth loops end-to-end: onboarding, activation, upgrades and re-engagement.
• Oversee paid media strategy across LinkedIn, search and retargeting.
• Own GTM stack: lead routing, enrichment, attribution, and Salesforce integration.
• Own website conversion strategies and page experiments.
• Run weekly tests across paid, lifecycle, web and product-adjacent surfaces.
