Sumble is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the substance of how Sumble shows up in the world: the narrative, the voice, the assets, and the social presence that compounds. This senior IC role provides full strategic ownership with a real budget for tools and external resources.

Based in San Francisco with remote-friendly policy, you will shape content across long form and social, ghost-write for founders, and partner with Sales to ensure content drives pipeline and brand impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B content experience, ideally for GTM tech and sales audiences.
• Proven ability to define and scale a brand voice across formats.
• Strong storytelling for long- and short-form content; ghost-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Sumble's brand voice and editorial standards.
• Develop Sumble's strategic narrative across formats.
• Own organic social presence and ghost-write for founders.
• Produce long- and short-form content across essays and social posts.
• Create video/multimedia assets with external partners.
• Develop sales enablement content and funnel assets.
• Mine platform signals to produce data-driven content.
• Improve AI visibility across search/AI engines.
• Track content impact with Sales and CS feedback loops.
