Job summary

Sumble is seeking a senior growth-focused marketer who treats growth as a system. You’ll design experiments, collaborate with product and engineering, and use data to decide what to scale and what to kill. You’ll own paid media, lifecycle loops, and GTM tooling for a modern B2B SaaS.

You’ll lead website experiments, attribution, and CRM-driven workflows, with a real budget and the authority to ship changes end-to-end. This is a senior IC role with impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or a technical demand role at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company.
• Engineering-fluent; comfortable with product and engineering teams.
• AI-native; can show workflows or tools shipped and used.
• Highly experimental with documented tests and outcomes.
• Experience owning paid media with measurable pipeline impact.
• Built lifecycle or growth loops as systems with data-driven routing/attribution.
• Decisions are data-driven and clearly explained to stakeholders.
• A strong IC with ruthlessly prioritised delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, activation, upgrades and re-engagement for self-serve and API users.
• Design and run referral and compounding loops; measure value and ROI.
• Direct paid media strategy across LinkedIn, search, retargeting; manage budget and cadence.
• Own GTM stack: lead routing, enrichment, UTMs, and dashboards; ensure clean data flows.
• Prototype internal GTM tools and ship those that deliver measurable value.
• Own website strategy: conversion paths, signup flows, and testing programs.
• Run weekly experiments with hypotheses, metrics, sample sizes and kill dates.
• Maintain an experiment log and report funnel metrics to founders and Sales.
