Job summary

Sent is building an infrastructure stack for multi-channel messaging. We are seeking a Demand Gen expert to own the full funnel from signup to live production, write the code to pull numbers, ship landing pages, and precisely measure what drives cost per signup.

You’ll work closely with DevRel to turn technical content and community engagement into measurable demand, owning the loops that convert developers into customers and revenue. NYC-based, with equity and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience owning a full funnel or pipeline end to end.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to code.

Responsibilities

• Run a structured growth experimentation cadence across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and paid creative.
• Own the self-serve activation funnel end to end: signup → first API call → first production send.
• Partner with DevRel to turn technical content, demos, and community into distribution and demand.
• Engage in developer communities (Hacker News, X, Reddit, Discord, GitHub) to create repeatable acquisition channels.
• Own full-funnel demand across paid, SEO, lifecycle, and events with scalable systems and growth loops.
• Build tooling and tracking: write SQL against the warehouse, stand up landing pages, script automations, integrate marketing stack via API.
• Own marketing's contribution to revenue, including CAC, conversion rates, payback, and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales on lead scoring and handoffs for larger logos; partner with DevRel and content.
