Job summary

Incode Technologies is hiring Growth Engineers to build and deploy production AI agents that generate and qualify pipeline across outbound, inbound, and events. You will own the integration layer connecting agents to Salesforce, Outreach, and other systems, with a focus on GTM workflows and multi-region revenue enablement.

You’ll design scalable, grounded agent systems, ensure data integrity, and ship production-grade tooling and dashboards for BDRs and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years software engineering in production environments.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications or agents.
• Strong Python and Node.js/TypeScript in production; React for internal UI.
• Hands-on CRM and revenue systems experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production LLM agents for top-of-funnel growth.
• Develop MCP infrastructure to connect agents to Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools.
• Ensure grounding and evaluation with schema-aware retrieval and regression tests.
• Implement routing, scoring, and decision logic across automation platforms.
• Create internal tooling, dashboards, and reporting for GTM users and leaders.
• Document runbooks and architecture to enable handoffs and maintenance.
