Job summary

Decile Group is seeking a growth-focused teammate to fill the pipeline with emerging GPs using unconventional channels and rapid experimentation. You’ll build an X/LinkedIn presence that attracts managers to us and create AI agents to automate outreach, booking meetings, and scalable outreach.

You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment, testing ideas quickly and learning what works, with a focus on building scalable, automation-driven growth processes.

Qualifications

• Must be creative with a growth mindset and able to generate ideas from blank pages.
• Strong social writing skills and ability to craft scroll-stopping posts.
• Agentic—ship quickly, measure, and iterate without waiting for permission.
• Comfort with AI tools, automation, and learning new software independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings with emerging GPs through any effective channel.
• Run rapid growth experiments; drop the losers and scale the winners.
• Build a social presence on X and LinkedIn to attract GPs to the company.
• Develop and use AI agents/automation to amplify work typically done by a larger team.
