Job summary

Adapt is hiring a Growth Engineer to accelerate its marketing engine. You will write production code, ship pages and tools, instrument journeys, and use AI and data to target and personalize, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and Revenue Operations.

You will own web experiences, content systems, campaigns, automation, and measurement loops that convert emerging demand into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software or growth-engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack TypeScript and React skills and shipping web experiences.
• Experience building landing pages, campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Experience with analytics, attribution, event instrumentation, and structured experimentation.
• Ability to connect technical work to demand, pipeline, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build the marketing site, landing pages, and campaign surfaces to drive qualified demand.
• Develop infrastructure for SEO, structured content, and distribution across channels.
• Engineer campaigns with pages, forms, enrichment, personalization, and follow-up workflows.
• Run measured experiments across traffic, engagement, and conversion, instrument results.
