Job summary

Adapt is hiring a Growth Engineer to speed and sharpen its marketing engine, building web experiences, content systems, campaigns, automations, and measurement loops that turn an emerging category into qualified demand. This is a technical growth-marketing role.

You will write production code, ship pages and tools, instrument journeys, use AI and data to target and personalize, and learn from every experiment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering, growth engineering, or technical growth experience.
• Strong full-stack TypeScript and React skills, with a track record of shipping high-performing web experiences.
• Experience building landing pages, campaigns, content systems, marketing automation, or other demand-generation infrastructure.
• Experience with analytics, attribution, event instrumentation, funnels, and structured experimentation.
• Ability to connect technical work to qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve web experiences, landing pages, and campaign surfaces to drive prospects through the funnel.
• Create technical content systems for SEO, structured content, and distribution across email and social channels.
• Engineer campaigns with pages, forms, enrichment, personalization, lead capture, and follow-up workflows.
• Run measurable experiments across traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline; turn insights into durable systems.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for research, content operations, targeting, and campaign execution.
• Instrument measurement and attribution across the visitor-to-revenue path with cross-functional partners.

About the role

We are hiring a Growth Engineer to make Adapt’s marketing engine faster, more technical, and more measurable. You will build the web experiences, content systems, campaigns, automations, and measurement loops that turn an emerging category into qualified demand.

This is a technical growth-marketing role. You will write production code, ship pages and tools, instrument journeys, use AI and data to target and personalize, and learn from every experiment. You will work inside Marketing and partner closely with Engineering and Revenue Operations to connect growth work to engaged accounts, SQLs, pilots, and revenue. You will be an early and demanding user of Adapt and frontier AI coding tools, continually redesigning how growth work is built, operated, and improved.

What you will own

• Web and landing experiences. Build and improve the marketing site, campaign pages, comparison pages, integration pages, and other surfaces that help prospects understand Adapt and take the next step.
• Technical content systems. Build the infrastructure for SEO, AEO, structured content, programmatic pages, technical education, and distribution across email and social channels.
• Campaign engineering. Turn marketing ideas into working campaigns with pages, forms, enrichment, personalization, lead capture, and follow-up workflows.
• Demand experiments. Run clear, measured experiments across traffic, engagement, conversion, and qualified pipeline, then turn what works into durable systems.
• Marketing automation. Build AI-assisted workflows for research, content operations, account targeting, enrichment, campaign execution, and follow-up.
• Measurement and attribution. Instrument the path from visitor to engaged lead, SQL, pilot, and revenue, partnering with Revenue Operations on shared definitions and reporting.
• Interactive technical experiences. Build demos, calculators, visualizations, and tools that make Adapt concrete, useful, and easy to share.

What success looks like

• Qualified traffic, engaged accounts, and marketing-sourced pipeline grow through shipped web experiences, campaigns, and distribution systems.
• Experiments improve conversion from visitor to lead, SQL, and pilot, with reliable instrumentation that explains why.
• Marketing can launch faster because the team has reusable, AI-assisted publishing, campaign, automation, and measurement infrastructure that improves with every experiment.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of professional software engineering, growth engineering, or technical growth experience
• Strong full-stack TypeScript and React skills, with evidence of shipping polished, high-performing web experiences
• Experience building landing pages, campaigns, content systems, marketing automation, or other demand-generation infrastructure
• Experience with analytics, attribution, event instrumentation, funnels, and structured experimentation
• Growth judgment and the ability to connect technical work to qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue rather than activity alone
• Deep fluency with frontier AI coding and workflow tools, including the judgment to use them for speed and leverage without compromising engineering, brand, or analytical quality
• Experience marketing developer tools, AI platforms, infrastructure, data, security, or another technical product
• Experience with SEO, AEO, programmatic content, HubSpot, PostHog, enrichment tools, or AI-assisted campaign systems

Base salary: $180-230k. Actual offer depends on skills, experience, and location. Total comp also includes equity, benefits, and potential bonus or variable pay.
