Job summary

Adapt is seeking a Growth Engineer to accelerate its marketing engine with fast, measurable web experiences and AI-assisted tooling. You will own pages, content systems, and campaigns, instrument funnels, and ship end-to-end capabilities that convert visitors into engaged accounts and revenue.

This is a highly technical growth role bridging marketing, engineering, and revenue operations. You will build and ship landing pages, programmatic content, and marketing automation while using frontier AI

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software or growth-engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack TypeScript and React skills.
• Experience building landing pages, campaigns, or marketing infrastructure.
• Experience with analytics, attribution, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own web and landing experiences to drive qualified demand.
• Build infrastructure for SEO, content, and programmatic pages.
• Develop campaign engineering with pages, forms, and follow-up workflows.
• Run measured demand experiments across traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Create AI-enabled marketing automation and enrichment workflows.
• Instrument and report on path from visitor to lead to revenue.
• Build interactive demos, calculators, and tools for sharing.
