Adapt is hiring a Growth Engineer to accelerate its marketing engine. You’ll write production code, ship pages, and instrument journeys to turn demand into revenue. Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to connect growth work to engaged accounts and pilots.

You will own experiments, automation, and measurement, using frontier AI coding tools to redesign how growth work is built and scaled.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering or growth experience.
• Strong full-stack TypeScript and React skills; shipping polished web experiences.
• Experience building landing pages, campaigns, content systems, or marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Web and landing experiences: build and improve marketing sites and pages.
• Technical content systems: SEO, AEO, structured content, and distribution.
