Job summary

Rho is hiring a Growth Engineer to make the platform the top source for startup banking and AI-driven answers. You’ll ship production code, own SEO/AEO visibility, and scale content pipelines while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

You’ll work across on-page optimization, structured data, and analytics, owning end-to-end growth systems and enabling rapid, reliable improvements for the AI era.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist engineering background across data-pipeline to production changes.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO and AI source citation strategies.
• Hands-on with SEO toolchain and AI visibility platforms; justifying numbers.
• Built LLM or agentic content pipelines with compliance gates.
• Experience in regulated environments with precise disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Own AI visibility dashboards, and convert weekly deltas into fixes.
• Lead weekly rhythm: competitor intel and AI-citation positioning.
• Ship page changes to rho.co via CMS and codebase with review gates.
• Extend the multi-agent content pipeline for new articles and refreshes.
• Maintain claims and source-of-truth for content accuracy.
• Monitor crawlability, indexing, and site performance with alerts.
• Build a measurement feed linking search, AI visibility, signups and CAC.
• Drive growth on incorporation; leave robust monitoring and runbooks.
