Reach is transforming how companies gain visibility in AI search and Google results. We seek a builder-leader to own customer engagements, drive AI-driven growth strategies, and scale a high-performance team.

You’ll partner with executives, analyze massive datasets, and translate insights into executable roadmaps for marquee B2B/SaaS clients. You will shape the strategy, run in-the-trenches initiatives, and codify playbooks that accelerate our evolving platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience driving results for B2B/SaaS.
• Experience building and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals).
• Experience with AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfort with analyzing thousands of keywords and turning data into strategy.
• Excellent writer and communicator capable of explaining strategy to a CEO.
• Advanced use of AI tools to augment research and execution.
• Experience working directly with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Naturally experimental, forming hypotheses and testing them.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Engagements for a portfolio of top customers, from research to roadmap creation and optimization.
• Run continuous experiments to improve AI citations, rankings, and pipeline impact.
• Translate customer patterns into product requirements, experiments, and prioritizations.
• Define quality standards and ensure AI-generated content meets the highest bar.
• Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate strategy clearly.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a growing team of growth strategists.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to scale output.
