Job summary

Pika, based in Palo Alto, is seeking a Head of Growth to drive user activation, retention and monetization through creative AI-powered growth initiatives. You will own the growth funnel, run rapid experiments, and build a deep understanding of how creators use our platform to unlock their potential.

Collaborating with world-class engineering, design, marketing and data teams, you will set up metrics and dashboards that reveal what truly powers user creativity and optimize the product for scale.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management or growth at a consumer or PLG company with experimentation in DNA.
• Fluent in SQL and analytics tools with a bias for insights to guide product direction.
• Fast to ship, fast to learn, with velocity and willingness to take creative risks.
• Deep product intuition balancing near-term growth with long-term creative ecosystems.
• Crystal-clear communicator who can persuade on bold ideas or pivots quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition to activation, retention and monetization paths.
• Design, launch, and analyze rapid experiments (A/B tests, feature flags) with creative impact.
• Develop deep understanding of users and how creative AI empowers them.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, marketing and data teams on bold growth initiatives.
• Set up and evolve metrics and dashboards to reveal what powers user creativity.
