Job summary

Pika is seeking a Product Manager to shape the core experience of our generative AI platform at our Palo Alto HQ. You’ll own the roadmap from spark to launch, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver bold features in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and research to translate AI advances into user-friendly experiences, define success metrics, and communicate with creators to anticipate needs and push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management at a creative-tech company, consumer platform, or innovative startup.
• Shipped transformational features with minimal guidance.
• Strong product sense in ambiguous, idea-driven domains.
• Inspiring and concise communication, aligns teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for a flagship area of our creative platform.
• Work with engineering, design, and research to turn AI advances into delightful user experiences.
• Define and drive success metrics using data, feedback, and creative insight.
