Job summary

Pika is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to shape the way users discover, create, and stay inspired with video powered by AI. You will own the growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization—and will run rapid experiments to drive activation and monetization while building a deep understanding of user motivations.

You’ll collaborate daily with world-class engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives and craft compelling

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management or growth, preferably at a consumer or PLG company.
• Fluent in SQL and analytics tools with a bias for insights that drive product direction.
• Fast to ship and learn: iterate quickly from experiments.
• Strong product intuition balancing near-term growth with long-term ecosystem health.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth journey from acquisition to monetization with user-centric retention loops.
• Conceptualize, launch, and analyze rapid experiments (A/B tests, feature flags).
• Build deep understanding of users and how creative AI enables their potential.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams on bold growth initiatives.
• Set up metrics and dashboards to reveal what powers user creativity and retention.
