Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Growth Enablement Manager to lead demand activation for our product-focused business line and partner with leadership and regional marketing teams. You will develop campaigns, events, and lead programs to engage technology decision-makers and create opportunities.

You will equip sellers with compelling messaging, market intelligence, and assets to support business development while collaborating across marketing, BD, and regional groups to scale programs

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders.
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities.
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts.
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to execute programs that complement regional growth priorities.
• Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale effective programs across the organization.
