Clay is seeking a Growth Strategy Enablement lead to build and scale onboarding and enablement for our customer-facing team. You’ll manage systems, content, and training to help our GS team ramp faster, serve customers strategically, and uncover opportunities for retention and expansion in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll partner with leading SaaS brands to define, scale, and continuously expand Clay strategies, shaping how we onboard, train, and grow world-class customer strategists with

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in enablement or customer success in SaaS.
• Ability to run workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations.
• Experience building and scaling enablement programs and content.

Responsabilités

• Design and scale onboarding and ever-boarding programs.
• Create playbooks, talk tracks, and frameworks to raise team performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTME to translate releases into workflows.
• Build enablement systems and leverage AI for knowledge sharing.
• Directly impact revenue by improving ramp time and adoption.
