Responsibilities

• Drive center revenue and membership growth through consultative, goal-focused sales.
• Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness journey.
• Execute local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, sales-driven team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a premium center experience.
• Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience that drives retention and referrals.
