Leonard's Express is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Administrative Coordinator. This developmental role starts with hands-on forklift operation, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, building a complete understanding of warehouse processes from the floor to the office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or admin experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Operate forklifts and load/unload trailers safely.
• Phase 1: Verify counts, manage inventory accuracy, and maintain cleanliness.
• Phase 1: Complete inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Phase 2: Collect, organize, and scan shipping/receiving docs.
• Phase 2: Enter payroll and operational data accurately and on time.
• Phase 2: Communicate with drivers and colleagues about documentation.
• Phase 2: Support administrative reporting and cross-department coordination.
